Our products ship out within 10-15 business days (May take longer during the holiday season) of placing your order and takes 2-3 business days to receive in the mail as this products are naturally handmade for you with love. A tracking number will be sent to you after processing your order.
All orders placed after 6:30 pm Eastern Standard are considered next business day Each item is packed and shipped according to the individual product.
Customers shipping dates vary due to high demand on each product. Please allow this time frame before contacting us. We can assure that we will fulfill each order in the time frame promised. Please allow Extra 10 business days if you order during a sale event or holiday season.
If our company has not shipped your order within the time frame, we will provide a replacement option.

The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating processing and shipping times. We entrust our shipping carrier for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order and ensure all the information (Address, Zip code etc.) needed to deliver your package has been included. The courier service will ship your order to the address you provide. It is extremely important that the information you give us is most accurate and complete. If there is a need for an address correction after your shipment has been sent you will be charged the additional fee our courier service charges us to make the correction. If a parcel is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

All items ship via USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) and DHL Express and they will require your signature for acceptance of the package. We will not ship through any other shipping carriers not listed on our website

We ship via USPS and DHL It takes 15-20 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose. If your country is listed on the drop-down menu on the checkout page then we ship to your country if your country is not listed then we don't ship to your country.
IF PAYING BY "CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD" BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH ON THE CARD ISSUED BY YOUR BANK. WE WILL NOT SHIP OUT ORDERS IF BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction but health and beauty products are considered a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. Due to this health reason, there are no EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND permitted.

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer receives their order and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. If it is a quality issue or we ship the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping fee but please choose the same shipping company we used to send your order. we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. After receiving the returned goods, we will make a replacement depending on our available stocks, if not available, a refund will be issued.

We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong, defective or damaged order and the item must be in the original state, unused, original packaging and same condition that you received it. If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order or a stock up and cancellation fee of $20 would be charged to you
